Treatments are for women only and take place in my home therapy room in West Bridgford, Nottingham and combine holistic massage therapy, to soothe and relax, with Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques to further release knots and tight muscles. Your massage can also be enhanced by your choice of aromatherapy massage oil.

Relax from head to toe with a full body massage. Ideal if you haven't had a massage for a while or need a treat. Deeply relaxing your aches and pains will be soothed away. It covers your feet and legs, back, shoulders, décolletage and neck, arms and hands, finishing with a head and facial massage*.

A massage that focuses on the areas we tend to hold our stress, aiming to provide relief from sore shoulders, better movement in the neck and overall comfort in the back.
And as an extra treat, finish with a deeply relaxing head and facial massage.

Refuel with a massage that concentrates on the upper body, easing away the tension often experienced in this area. It covers back, shoulders, décolletage and neck, arms and hands, with a head and facial massage to end.

This more focused massage uses hot stones to work out the common areas of stress in the upper body. It covers the back, shoulders, décolletage and neck, arms and hands. Extend your treatment with a head and face massage when booking.
Indian head massage
45 mins - £35
Release and rebalance with a focused shoulder and neck massage, followed by head and face, concentrating on pressure points to soothe tension. Traditionally a seated massage, I deliver this massage on the massage table.

Recharge your way! Maybe you just want your back and feet massaged, or you want more time dedicated to you neck. It's your massage, so you can decide where the focus is. Choose a length of time to suit you and then relax.
