about

My name is Zoe and I live in West Bridgford, Nottingham with my husband, two children and a few fish! My journey into the holistic world began after attending a one-day introductory massage course with a friend. I really enjoyed giving a massage and found the entire experience relaxing and rewarding. I was hooked! So much so I went on to complete an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Massage which I passed with Distinction in 2007.

I continued working in the corporate marketing world, but I still loved massage and I knew that my work life balance had to change. With both my children in primary school, I started to think about changing direction to become a massage therapist. It seemed a natural choice to continue my massage journey and to do something I love on a daily basis. I created a relaxing therapy room in my own home and re massage therapy was born!

Most recently I have qualified as a Level 5 reflexologist, studying with the fabulous, very experienced and knowledgable David Wayte at Jubilee College. I am extremely excited to bring this amazing treatment to my clients. I love absolutely everything about reflexology and I can't wait to pass this on.
