Facial reflexology is a gentle but powerful treatment which utilises pressure to stimulate reflexes on the face to bring balance to the body. It aims to relieve the effects of stress, improve well-being and can help to rejuvenate the skin. It can be helpful for clients with sinus issues, bruxism, migraines and hayfever. Treatments are for women only and take place at my home treatment room in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

A blissful head to toe treatment! Your treatment will start with (approx) 30 minutes of facial reflexology, followed by your tailored foot reflexology session to support your goals and enhance your well-being. You will feel super relaxed and float out of the treatment room at the end!

A regular or follow up appointment where your treatment is tailored to give you deep relaxation whilst working on the key reflexes to support you and your well-being. Using an Amethyst Crystal-Infused Elixir to hydrate your skin, so you leave the treatment room both relaxed and radient.

This is total relaxation! A combined facial and foot treatment, planned to support your well-being goals, whilst leaving you extremely relaxed. Drift away from the stresses of every day life, rest on the super comfy massage table and feel restored.
