Reflexology is based on the theory that organs, systems and areas of the body correspond to points on the feet called reflexes. Pressure used on the feet to stimulate these reflexes helps to restore balance in the body and improve well-being. Whether your treatment goals are to simply relax or to support a health concern, as a Level 5 practitioner I will tailor your reflexology sessions to meet your needs. Treatments are for women only and take place at my home treatment room in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

Your first reflexology appointment involves a full consultation where we run through your medical history and what you are hoping to gain from your treatment. It also allows me to fully tailor your follow up appointments. This is an extremely relaxing treatment where the full body is worked through the reflexes on the feet, bringing balance and improving your overall well-being.
reflexology with head and facial massage
allow 75 mins - £55
Combine your regular reflexology treatment with a super-relaxing head and facial massage. Your treatment will start by working on your tailored reflexology plan to support your goals and enhance your well-being. It will then end with a massage to your head and face to leave you floating out of the treatment room.

A regular or follow up appointment where your treatment is tailored to your goals or health concerns. A very relaxing session, working on the key reflexes to support you and your well-being, whilst still covering the rest of the body to provide overall balance. Giving you time to rest and recover from the stresses of day to day life!

NeuroEndoPsychoImmunoPody - this specialised reflexology treatment works both feet at the same time with the aim of bringing balance and enhancing communication between the systems of the body which are affected during stress. It's deeply relaxing and can help you to release emotion.
pregnancy reflexology

Pregnancy reflexology aims to relax and improve your over all well-being whilst working on the common issues of indigestion, aches and pains, morning sickness and more. As your pregnancy progresses your treatments are tailored to you.
Allow for 75 minutes for your first appointment which includes a full consultation.
post-natal reflexology
allow 60 / 75 mins* - £45
A relaxing reflexology treatment up to 12 months after you have given birth. Working on improving balance and well-being in your body and any particular areas of concern. You may also bring your baby to this session if they can settle in your arms or pushchair.
Allow for 75 minutes for your first appointment which includes a full consultation.

Please note my working hours are 9.15 - 3.15 Monday to Friday in school term time. Some appointments will be available during school holidays but cannot be guaranteed. If you are ordering a gift voucher please check that my hours and availability suit your recipient.
